Can I change my delivery address? |

When you place your order you can specify a delivery address different to the billing address. Due to security checks that are completed during the checkout process unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to change any details including the delivery address. |

Can I change my order before you send it out? |

We are able to add additional items and amend the items to your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to do this call the sales team as soon as possible on 01733 343031. Please note, we cannot amend delivery addresses at this stage.

Can I collect from your store? |

Yes, you are able to collect from our showroom. Please call us in advance on 01733 343031 with your order number or your order will be shipped out. ID matching the order will be required to collect your order.

Can I request a specific delivery date or time? |

Please contact us as soon as possible on 01733 343031 if you want your order to be shipped after a certain date for example. This cannot be amended once shipped via our trusted courier. Unfortunately, the timeframe is down the our couriers so we are unable to request this. You should receive email / SMS notification on the day of delivery notifying you of their delivery timescale.

Do I need to register my product for the warranty? |

All RYOBI power and garden tools come with a standard 2 year warranty which can be extended via RYOBI themselves, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase to 3 years. You will need your invoice to do this.
